Greedy Evo is good, but if you want a low sound with really good power output and it has a nice aggressive look, go with magnaflow. It has a hugh 4inch tip, but it looks good on the RSX. People will think that your running crazy power, but it's just as loud as stock. Only in the first gear it's 7dc higher than stock, but the rest, it's only 1dc higher than stock and that's really good. So again, trust me, MAGNAFLOW 3 OR 4in tip, 2.5 mendrel bend cat-back exhaust...the cost is $500, but you should be able to negotiate to lower prices, i did for $389.

Yeh, the tip is kinda big, but on the RSX, honestly it looks good. Be patient look at this forum throughout november, i'll have lots of pics, you'll see what i mean. And Magnaflow isn't for you if like loud. Go with the Evo.

while you're at it, have you guys checked out the neuspeed titanium exhaust system? It weighs something crazy like 16 pounds, and is like 30 pounds less than stock. if so does it perform/sound well?

I don't know if it performs or sounds well. I don't believe the weight has anything to do with exhaust sound/performance. Yeah, it might look cool, but when it comes to exhaust sound and performance you want to learn about the pipe diameter and bends (the more straight the better) and the type of sound damping material used within the muffler.
