I need some help i have a nissan 240sx se 97. I want to know if i could rebuild the stock motor in the car and get the same power that a s15 has? Also could the motor handly bolth ons? IF someome could help me out thanx.

250hp is not much

yes you can rebuild the stock KA, but why would you?

why compare to s15?
