340 Motor Build questions

I recently purchased a used 1973 340 for my 68 Dart GT. Besides the short block I also have a brand new steal crank, 1968 Hp X Heads, Aluminum Dual Plane M1 intake, carter afb 625 cc carb with a 727 torque flight and a suregrip 3.23 rear.

Now here is my question. With the parts listed above what cam/exhaust/torqueconverter combo would be best to complete the build. Im thinking Doug exhaust, 4.74 lift cam, and a 3000 stall. I am also curious if I should replace any of the above listed parts? I am new to mopar but not muscle cars. I plan to built a nice streetable muscle car that can light up both rear tires on demand. i.e. run mid 12s in the 1/4 mile.

Not this 340. Unless I do something with it shes just going to collect dust in my garage. Thats why I posted in this thread. I realy dont know how best to build this motor. I have taken over someone elses project, a project I plan to complete to the very best of my ability, and im afraid I wont be doing myself any justice without first tapping into the collective knowledge of all you muscle heads here in this forum.

Just another note. For all the parts not listed I have the stock 1973 stuff. Questions concerning the ignition system, fuel pump, etc, etc I have not yet considered. Any suggestions there would be appreciated aswell.
