93 accord ex how much selling price?

I am selling a 1993 Accord EX Auto. Black, w/tinted windows and factory spoiler. New tokico struts all around, new timing belt. 116k miles. sunroof. How much should i sell this for? What is this worth?. Body good shape, little rust bubbling back over rear tires. No mods strictly stock engine, exhaust etc... Runs great. Any ideas what I should ask for it?

It's hard to say without seeing some pics, but yeah, about the $4k range.

While the blue book gives you a value, take into consideration how much you paid, and $ invested. Really your car is only worth someone will pay for it.

Bought it for 5k last year. Needed new shocks and timing belt. also put in a new shift cable. Runs excellent and I am going to put 5300 or best offer. I would take much less than that. It had a new paint job 1 1/2 yrs ago. but already a little bubbling above rear wheel wells.

$5300 is too much even for starting because that's more than you paid for it last year.

If you were a legitimate buyer and did not know what I bought it for would it still be too much?? Or is it just too much because you know what I paid for it.

I personally think its too much even without knowing what you paid but you can ask whatever you want... doesnt mean you will get it. I would have also said in the 4k range

Yea i am hoping for around 4500 total. My wife's car she is taking care of selling it. You can tell them they are asking too much but you know what kind of response you get.

Off the cuff – if you can get anything over 4K for it, you’ll be doing allright.
