Check brake lamp light

my check brake lamp light keeps going on sporadically after ive been driving for a while however my two side brake lights and spoiler brake light plus the one in the back window all work fine when i push on the brake? Is this light for something else? pls help, thanks

check the connections betweenthe bulb and the socket if it only happens when you're driving. maybe the bulb is bouncing around in there.

I think the "broken brake light" light only goes on when there is an open circuit.

the brake light means low brake fluid (which is never supposed to be low). check the fluid, and if it's low, there's a leak or you need new pads. otherwise, the fluid sensor is bad

Be sure to watch when he does it. You need to learn to do these things yourself. Someday your dad won't be there when you need help. I'm not dissin' ya. Just please take any help you get from your dad as a learning opportunity. Maybe have him talk you through it instead of him just doing it for you.
