Uhm, if you replace them all, then maybe you'll notice something. You won't gain flywheel horsepower, but you'll gain horsepower to the wheels, which is where it counts. But don't expect anything too crazy, it justs lowers the percentage of HP that gets wasted moving all the different parts.

if you have the extra money. but it's not something that needs to be done right away.for $100 more you could get an intake manifold that will add atleast 4hp to the wheel. DYNO TESTED WHP TQ
hondata es200 149.6+27.2 115.5+21.7
3''intake w/k&n filter 176.8 +7.2 137.2 +4.4
tenzo type2 exhaust not tested
vibrant j-spec 4-1 header 184.0 +3.4 141.6+1.3
unorthadoxracing crankshaft pullie 187.4 +1.4 142.9+0.4
str cam gear(6 lug) not tested
JG edelbrock intake manifoldw/RC engineering 188.8 +5.6 143.3 +4.6
310cc fuel injectors

anyway unorthodox racing crank pullie is the lightest smallest one ive seen.

There's also a downfall, whatever is attached to the pulley loses a little bit of efffectiveness, so if you live in the desert and you only survive by running your A/C nonstop, don't get any.
