Pulley Puller / Pulley System

Does anyone know if there are pulley pullers for rent on the web somewhere or is the best bet to just buy one? Also, does anyone have any complaints about the Pulley Brothers Quikchange pulley system? Is there a better system out there?

3800 Performance will rent a pulley puller but there is a $100 refundable core charge (deposit). See link below. Everyone I know including myself bought their own or borrowed one from other GTP owners.

Pulley Boys products are good. I have a Pulley Boys puller but installed a Thrasher modular pulley system.

I'd sell you mine since I no longer use it on my GTP but it is a tool worth having and keeping. I'll need it to do a pulley upgrade on my Regal GS after the warranty expires.

Re: Pulley Puller / Pulley System

Thanks... I would be interested in buying a puller from you when your Regal runs out of warranty. What are the Pro/Cons on a modular system vice the quickchange system?

They are similar. Just about a $30 difference in price. Pulley Boys is more expensive but good stuff. Thrasher calls it modular, whereby Pulley Boys calls it Quick Change. Either way you can't go wrong with this type of system. BTW - They will give you a choice of one undersize pulley in the advertised cost. Good luck!
