Talking ITR Engine rebuild (SAS ITR)

so much better! I knew you had the skill and the car really deserved the engine bay to be as hot as everything else. great job!

one thing though... why'd you chose the heatshield style header instead of a real type-R header?

(i suppose to aid in the turbo "look"?)

again, excellent Ac man, great job!

looks sooo much better, the black wires with painted bay looks nice. I knew you had it in you to do better!

BINGO!

You got the boobie prize. Yes the heatshield style header is there for the turbo. I build a turbo that is attached to the header and the upper pipe hides the turbo sort of. I cant really get a good picture of the turbo, but if you look closely at the engine right under the header on the right you can see a blue wire going to the turbo under the header.

very nice work, looks 100 times better, those hoses and stuff look great, what do you use, just small electrical wire?

Yeah small electrical wire and wire from a detail kit. The braided hose is also from a detail kit.
