More Ground Clearance With Different Tire Size?

91 Grand Caravan 3.3 engine - Tried to give slightly more ground clearance with P205/75R15 tires (instead of P205/70R15 stock). After two different brands, not satisfied - very poor tire longevity. Should I try again with another brand or go back to original size.

Re: More Ground Clearance With Different Tire Size?

I have been running 215/75 R15's SUV tires for about 2 years and my tires are lasting 60K (about expected life) they give you max groung clearance and tire patch on the road. IMO you should try that before runnign back to stock tiny tire.
