Exhaust Manifold Length Vs. Header Length

Do the stock exhaust manifold and a aftermarket header bolt up in the same spot with the same fittings? 92 Prelude Si

Cause i am buying a high flow cat and having either 2.25" stainless or aluminized pipe run from the manifold back and i was wondering if i could hold out on the header for now and have it all bent up. Then when i get the money buy the header could i put it on without any trouble?

The header & exhaust manifold should bolt up in the same place. If it doesn't then the pipe will need to be cut and flanged which isnt that big of a deal.
