You must go through Motorex for ALL skylines regardless of whether it is a GTS-T or GTR. No exceptions!

RB Motoring currently gets their cars legalized by Motorex... I suggest doing a search of the forums for your other question... try reading the sticky threads as these questions have been discussed in detail too many times...

There also seems to be a new place about to start up called speed53, you can guess the website. Its website isn't done, but it does have contact info.

yea just like Omega. Don't go there until they have their OFFICIAL ok from the Land Transport Authority to comply them.

I think iffy is an understatement. I emailed and asked for the name of the RI performing the conversion (so I could cross-check it against the RI list), and I was told that that was top secret information. Riiiiiiiiiight.

Best street engine for what ..... stock? boosted? smallest? street racing?

But either way, wherever the RB gets ranked I have to put the 2JZ Supra Inline 6 ahead of it. The power is similar, but there are a lot more people with engine experience w/ a supra than w/ a skyline motor. Aftermarket support is impressive with both and both can make obscene amounts of power.

Smaller engines and I go with an SR20, Rotary, EJ-20/25 (WRX/STI), Mitsubishi's 2L (Evo, old eclipse), or or even the new Eco-tec saturn engine. But thats because I am spoiled w/ Torque, otherwise I might pick any number of B,C or D designation honda engines.

But overall best I have to say something big and most likely american, they are cheap to buy, modify, replace, and fix. The power is amazing and anyone with half a brain and an engine hoist can do whatever they want to it. Because inside it all, however fast your import is, there is always that evil little voice that really, really wants a Hemi

Just my
