A/C Service Port Pressure at idle

What should the high and low side service port pressure at idle be on my 1995 Chevy Silverado A/C system? This is a 5.7L V8 with factory A/C. The high pressure service port sprang a leak, so we replaced it, sucked it down with a vacuum pump and charged it. Now it seems to cool too much when it's cool outside (freezes the low side line all the way to the compressor) and barely enough when warm outside. Seems to me there may not be enough freon in the system. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance,
