Cool Fiero add-ons

Are there many listings for Fieros in the newspapers or cars.com? I want to get one but I HATE the black trim! How much would a ground effects set cost with engine intakes, and probably replace the engine to make it at least a 12 sec. 0-60 car? Thats including fees from a mechanic because there NO WAY I have time to install an engine! I would probably want to get a half ass paint job on it too. I really love the Fiero in this pic- http://members.fortunecity.com/bbjproducts/ but I have no clue whats under the hood or added on otherwise. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks

Bobby

Question Formula or GT?

Hmmmm that is the question. The only 2 variations of Fiero: Coupe or Hatchback. Personally, I prefer the couple because I think it looks better and is more of a sleeper. I LOVE the wheels on the Formula. I want a black/black leather interior. I'd have to do some interior work after that though. Hmmm...so what do MOST people prefer? coupe or hatchback?

When you say black trim are talking about the belt moulding? In other words the strip that runs all the way around the car? Because that can be painted. Ground Effects vary a lot on prices. If you want a fast fiero talk to v8 archie.

And look hear for anything else.

Oh, I like the fastbacks.

I prefer the notchbacks over the fastbacks myself, but I like all Fieros in general

We have 18 Fieros and counting

Check 'em out at:

What do you mean my intake, you mean just getting a scoop or replacing the stock one? I would not recommend replacing the stock one... Its been dyno'd without the intake even on the car and the HP was the same as when it was on... you will gain no HP by changing the intake, I don't know how GM did it but they managed to do a really good job on that.

I personally like the fastbacks, I don't care for having a sleeper, but then again I'm trying to make mine into a show car so I just am goin for appearance rather than performance.

The one in that picture is a nothcback but with the GT front facia, rear bumper and rear spoiler.

Check out http://www.angelfire.com/fl5/fiero/ It's a great site for finding cosmetic or performance parts for your car....

If your lookin for engines to give to 13.5s or better, so far i've found Northstars to be $3,000+ for good condition motors not sure on 1/4 mile time on those, but sc3800 from a grand prix GTP will give mid 13's usually with no mods from what ive found anyway.... Ebay is always a good place to check, just be sure to find out EXACTLY the condition of the engine and tranny
The stock V6 engine will get you about a 7.65second 0-60 time, least thats what i've got so far but i've only done 2 runs so im sure it can be lower.
