Aftermarket add-ons

I have a few questions about the BMW warranty as the manual indicates it being a sensitive area.

Does a K&N drop-in air filter element void warranty?

Would adding an aftermarket front end upper strut tie bar void the suspension warranty?

Thanks in advance.

No, dropping in any filter, (conventional maybe not one of those new natural supercharger ones) cannot void a warrenty. There is a US law protecting it. However if your not in US you might be out of luck... i dont know
