Refurbish
What kind of machine work needs to go into making a 200,*** mile engine block/head like new again?
Would cryogenic tempering really be necessary, or just resleeving the cylindars, internal replacements, etc..

completely dismantle engine, check that all tolerances are within spec, reassemble, replacing anything that is out of tolerance, replace ALL gaskets and seals.

even then it might be worth your while to go with a new-er motor

I would have to resleeve for forged pistons anyway. I'm not trying to make something crazy, just something that gives me the power i'm looking for. 160HP is not enough.. 260 is adequate, and something I'd be happy with.
