KICKER l7 refurbished good buy or not

I seen some KIcker L7 15" on ebay for 179 Im thinking this is the price each but the thing is they are refurbished. Has any one ever had refurbished subs your experiences needed here. Im thinking about putting one kicker 15 in my 95 civic wut do you guys think it will sound like? thanks

From what I've heard the L7 is very loud (especially when ported) but lacks SQ. I think they're pretty reliable though, you should be fine with a refurb.

i have a brand new 15" Image dynamics IDQ dual 4ohm for sale (usually 230+shipping at online stores). if you're interested, let me know. it'll take up less space, sound better (unless u want boomy bass with that small of a box), and can get damn loud.

IMO, a 15L7 would need at least 4.5 cubic feet ported to sound decently good. unless u are good at EQ'ing to get rid of the peaks in the frequency response. then again, $179 seems like a good deal. how much is shipping on it?

I'd Jump on the IDQ before I'd get that L7. The IDQ will sound better. Also if you really want a cheap, good sounding 15...The Adire Tempest is 150 shipped.

na I got 2 auto tek 12 that allready fukin pound and im really not sure if a 15 will hit harder in my 95 civic. thanx anyways
