That site is a total farce.
Those pictures were the concept pictures for the RSX. It also talks about changing the Prelude platform from Civic-based to Accord-based. It already is on a shared platform with the Accord. Not street-racing...Off-Topic.

I'd like to see a new Prelude- it was one of the first Honda models the west saw (After the Civic and Accord) However there is no way that site is authentic- it's all bullshit.

just so you know fellas, that pic is hella old. if i remember right, that pic started circulating the internet maybe 2 years ago. if i were to guess the ultimate fate of the prelude, i would say honda will release some form of the prelude (may not share the name) here in 2 to 3 years.
