it would cost alot, and probably not worth it. i'd consider swapping cars.

i agree.
it'll cost you the price of the tranny (generally about 3-400 bucks used), plus the pedal assembly, clutch, shifter/linkage, etc. and time to install it all.

you're looking at about 1k just in parts, plus the time to install, and mount everything, etc.

you'd be better off going with an h22 or h23 swap including the trans and custom axles.

that'll run you about 5k for everything installed, and you'll have a hard car to keep up with...

you can also consider swapping a b18 into the car, or maybe a late model b20z/vtec (crvtec) motor... that'd work...

check out www.preludepower.com 's 3rd gen page... that'll help you out

Yeah honestly you shouldnt switch a tranny from auto to stick unless you like.. GOTTA have that specific car and dont wanna let it go.. its pricey as hell, i realize im just repeating what the other guys said but.. I agree. Also Ive heard that a car that is converted to a stick never really has the full feel of a car that was born stick.. you know?

yeah my friend's trying to convert his auto accord to a stick accord, while dropping in a new engine. It's cause him lots of problems, besides having to weld his own mounts and punch holes in the firewall. Having to find the pedals at the junkyard and deal with all the things that might occur through a swap that goes bad. I'd take another car over a swap.
