what are you planning. is 4500 your total budget?
streetable?
turbo or non? fwd or awd or rwd?

4 6 or 8 cyl?

since i know so many people think street racing is for imports, get an old civic hatch for cheap and put a b16 or b18 in it and you'll be at the very least pretty damn quick.

or, for a domestic, get a fox body mustang with a 5.0 in it, and build it a bit, and you'll show that same civic tail lights, for close to the same money if you do it right.

be more specific if you want a real answer.

well i hate to breack this to ya but theirs not much you can get, if i was you i save my money up some more
this is how it go first you have to buy a car, and maby you can get a great deal on one for 2500 (the type car dosn't matter, for where im going with this) well that leaves you with 2000 (if your lucky, thats a big if) so that can all be spent in like 2 secounds on parts and modifactions youll need to do, im sorry but i think you cant get a fast car for 4500, but dont hold me to it, becuase theirs sometimes a diamond in the dust.
