Hyosung Bikes?

hey, i'm more of a car guy but i like sport bikes and want to get one. i was just wondering if anyone has heard of this korean manufacturer, Hyosung? i was lookin at their Comet 250, gay name but its a cheap bike to start with and was just wonderin if anyone has sum helpful info on realiability and performance? i'm not buyin anything right now, prolly won't get that bike, but i thought it was worth a look granted it would be better than startin on a 600cc bike with only a lil dirt bike riding experience. of course i'd like the new cbr600rr, but i'd kill myself on that the first week out, oh well sumthin to work towards. but yeah. just a wondering thought. thanx

I do remember hearing that name, but I honestly couldn't tell you anything from personal experience about them. I can't even remember where or when or how I heard it in the first place.

Glad to see you're interested in starting out small. It is a really great idea, and if you do it right, you won't even lose any money on it. The other idea is to buy a used bike. Then you don't have to worry about being the first to drop it... cause chances are it's been at least tipped over. Great set of questions!
