87 crx si head on an 86 crx si?

my camshaft snapped and a head bearing seised up on my 86 crx si and so I was wondering if a head and camshaft from an 87 crx si would work just as well as an 86? Anyways thanks for the help.

same all the way around, it's the 85 stuff that's abit different.
