'91 CRX vs. '02 SI

well, it's not much... but it was versus my friends car... and i'd just got my cold air in there so my SI was feeling good!!... CRX is light on the mods-- lots of appearance mods tho... but anyhoo... he was at the stop sign (one lane), i was behind him... he gunned it! so i shot out a second behind maybe... i hit the wrongway lane, equaled him at above 40 and probably about 7k rpm (first).... chirped hard into second and fronted him -- he was bye bye! haha i feel bad tho it's my friend.. but i share my story cuz i've nothing better to do..

nice one newb. when i hit 6k rpms in my civic in my last race (first gear) i kinda felt my engine shutting down so i shifted. 7k is not a good thing..

I love SIs. Should have gotten one myself but I found a good deal on an EX so oh well.

I drive a cr-x si with a b16a and some other stuff and when i race the new civic si's it's not even a close race. I could beat them with my stock motor. They aren't that great people.:smoker2:

I agree they are not fast at all. I raced a couple and I beat them with my SOHC.

yeah my friend will was all talking his up, but hes lost to preludes that i have beat before so i dunno..
