Thumbs up Nice

I thought I'd post this.

I stopped by my buddie's shop and took some pics yesterday. Here is the GTiR SR20DET that hopefully will be going in to my car when my warranty goes away next May.

If he has sold it by some chance by then, he can still get the same motor, if not a BB DET.

Sorry about the quality, my shitty digi has no flash, and is a cheap model...oh well.

I also took some other pics, which you can see here.

LOL. No.

I have 1992 B13 SE-R. Believe it or not, I lucked out and found it a dealership (after wrecking my Civic) that gave one-year warranties for EVERY car they sell. So yah, I have a powertrain warranty on my 11-year-old car.

My scheduled graduation from college is about late May (ceremonies won't be till June). The motor will also be a grad present for myself.

Cool, thanks for the advice. My friend who owns the shop and is selling me the motor will be installing the motor with whatever help I can give. He is selling me the GTiR for less than what most people buy BB DET's for...he's selling it to me at cost, and he's a JDM distributor...he can even get whole Skylines if he needs/wants to.

BTW, what are you running in your car, as far as mods/times/track times go? I only have the ignition advance for now...don't wanna void my warranty...
