One more questions about adjusting the idle
I was turning the screw out counter-clockwise and it seems that nothing is happening. I have adjusted the screw quite a bit and the idle never really moves.
Any suggestions other than taking it to a dealer? THe car is a 1997 Honda accord SE, 4 cylinder |

After warming up the engine to operating temp.( fan comes on then off)
Disconnect EACV then adjust idle Is your idle too high or low? |

i known people who cant adjust the idle for some reason...its weird...on my car i can change my idle from 400rpm to 1.4k rpm. ever since i cleaned out my thottle body i had to re-adjust it cause my idle was too damn high...my idle went smoother as well.
