1996 Tahoe Models

Hi,

what might be the difference between the following:

+ 1995--1998 Tahoe (L56 Diesel), 4WDLD
+ 1995--1997 Tahoe (L56 Diesel), 4WDHD

How could I tell which version, LD or HD, I own? The actual car is a 1996 Tahoe with the L56 Diesel engine, 4wd, 2dr.

Regards,
H. Wilmer

I think you can tell at the wheels, 6 lug is the 1/2 ton, 8 lug (or I forget? 12?) is the 3/4 ton.
