Question Fuse Box

I am trying to hook up a aftermarket stereo to my 2000 cavalier. I have the relocation harness hooked up to the new stereo and the factory stereo hooked up and hidden in my trunk. The only prob I am having is I have to hook up a wire to my fuse box. I have no idea on how to do that.. Can someone please help..
