Possible to Start Car?

Hi,

Is it possible to just start the car in neutral without the axles fully in the tranny?
I just wanna run it for 5 mins to see how it runs with the new MPFI wiring.
Or will is shoot transaxle fliud all over the place?

Thanks

Is it manual or automatic?

If its manual you can start it and keep the clutch pedal to the floor nothing in the transmission will move.

If its automatic I wouldn't try it.
