The horn on my 1999 VW Beetle has stopped working and is not a blown fuse. I can't find the blasted thing under the hood to check the wires...can anyone give me guidance as to where to looK?? The owners manual has nothing on this and there is no diagram of the electrical system. Thanks so much...Eli

well if you look under the air intake, about three inches to the left you shoud see a.......

most newer cars have the horns located inside the front bumper, it is a small circular disc, usually there is two of them so i'd check your fuses first cuz its strange to have both the high and low tones go out at once.
