Cool 1990 Lebaron Horn does not work - where is the horn relay - which one?

I checked fuse #3, I got sound when I applied 12 V to horns. I have continuity with ohm meter at wires leading to the horns.

I have located the horn relays but looking them they all look the same and ther are no labels. I see a two by five high matrix of positions for relays but only the top three rows and one in row four (from the top) are used.

Can someone help me find the relay or give some additional addvice.

Thanks, Gary [email protected]

I've got the same problem. Did you ever find the correct relay in the panel under the dash - or was it under the hood someplace?

The horn relay is located on the driver side right behind the fuse box against the wall on you left side. It takes a little getting to but it is there along with about 6 other relays but there is a diagram on the cover if I am not mistaken.
