Where is the fuse for the horn on a 99 lesabre.

My horn has been going off at weird times in its own like turning and if you barely touch the center of the wheel it stays blowing the horn until you hit it.I dont see a label for the fuse in the box under the steering wheel.I just want to disable it until I can get it fixed.Thanks.

The owners manual in the glove box has the fuse layout in it.
Fuses on the drivers side under the steering column

Some years were under the dash on the passenger side. Either there or under the hood on the firewall.
