What is it, I've heard of it gaining like 35 hp to the wheels

No idea, but you usually get what you pay for. If its not very expensive it's a gimmick. Just ask yourself, "why doesn't Honda use it?"

it replaces your ecu... know know the things where ppl sit in there cars and place with the lap top... well the big name one for honda is hondata... and the only way some one is making a 35 hp gain is if they have some massive mods and do a lot of tuning on a dyno

doesnt really replace your ecu. its sort of a piggyback system that overhauls your ecu's fuel maps and other fun stuff. you can tune it yourself but its recommended that a dedicated hondata tuner tune it.

you can get a basic s200 program for around 350 but there are features that you can add that raise the price
edit* thats just for the system, not counting install and the tuning time
