Unhappy Ayudame! my brake lights don't work!

So I gutted my interior for HIN and when I got ready to go we noticed that my break lights don't work (just the 2 tail lamps though, not the upper one). So I checked the fuses... ALLLL of the fuses ; I checked the bulbs and I wiggled the harnesses.

I'm having trouble figuring out where the wires gowhen they leave the bulb (they dissapear into one of those silicon tubes) to check any further.

Anyone got any advice on what to check or do?

EDIT: I'm drivin a 92 Hatch
