How much does it cost to get a NOS system, and how much to refill it?

I've seen lots of NOS (well, nitrous systems, rather, as "NOS" is a brand name owned by Holley) systems from about $600 to $1,000, and refills I think range from $20 to $80, depending on the size of your bottle ($40 being a good average).
