It depends on how much of a drop you want. Like, do you want the car slammed, or just like a sport drop?

I don't want to go to low right now because eventually I'm getting ground effects.

You could go with a set of Neuspeed or Eibach springs and a set of like KYB shocks and they will run you probably about $550 or so for the set of springs and shocks.

R&D Enterprise has really good prices on shocks and springs but you have to call them to get prices, I have never had a problem with support or service from them either.

Or you can go with a full coilover which will cost you between $900 - $1500+

Looks like you have a lot of ideas.
I say pick one, you want a drop, huge rims, wide tires turbo, etc.
Sounds good right well, I hope you have a lot of money.
You can go with looks, but you better be prepared for the changes you are making to your car.

You'll shit if you threw on 215-35-17s on your car to see how it drove, lowered 3" it would ride like shit, unless you spent $ 2000 on your suspension, then still it would be slow as shit. Ok so a turbo will fix that well it is not that easy I am affraid, you'll need array of parts to keep your car from turning into a beater from your mods.

Expect to completely modify your front suspesnion bushings, bearings, at the least, you need a lot more than that if you want a list I will post it, but I hope you have 3000-5000k for the turbo setup 2000 for the engine internals, 2000-3000 for the rims and tires, 2000-3000 for suspension, and other related components to do it right.
