Question Is it worth it to fix up an '85?

Hey guys, i'm a super newbie but like cars. I have recently bought an 85 prelude from my cousin. Everything works well. However i found out that it only has 100 hp. Should i fix it up or leave it alone and get a new/better car?

1985 Prelude
1.8L 12-Valve Dual Carb
Rusted muffler

any recomendations/ideas would be nice. Thnx!
