Parts Compatible With 1990 Dodge Caravan Le

Hello, I would very much appreciate it if someone could let me know if the electric driver door motor from a '90 Grand Caravan LE will operate in a '92 Grand Caravan SL. Is there a standard "compatibility list" stating which model years will interchange???

I don't believe these parts are interchangeable as the 90 is an 'A' body and the 92 is an 'AS' body. There is usually a major wiring change between models.
