Thumbs up do you have an entertainment sys??

i just bought an 03 330xi, black on black with dark window tinting.

sweet

we got the nav sys, and looked forward to upgrading it to play dvd's (while driving).

took us a while, but my husband just found a website for a place in brooklyn that will do the upgrade - www.nav-tv.com

i was wondering if anyone out there has done any cool entertainment upgrades to your bmw? does anyone have any good links/references to stores in the Dallas, TX, OKCity, OK, or Seattle, WA areas?

please pose your pics/links/references here!

i think bimmers come with these options in europe, but not in the united states, i guess since they do not want you watchin dvd's while u are driving!

not sure of any place, but from what i hear, it is relatively easy since it is ready to accept that stuff since they sell it like that in europe. . .

I hope none of you people that are watching DVD's while you're driving, aren't on the road when I am.

I think it's dangerous enough to drive around without having to worry about people watching a DVD while driving.
It's bad enough here in LA that the soccer mom's have a car load of kids, talking to their girlfriend on their cell phone and trying to eat a Big Mac.

If you want to watch a DVD, please do it at home or when you're parked.

I agree that its not safe for the driver to watch movies, its also illegal but its no different from having yappy passengers who are distracting.mobile multimedia should be used to assit the driver.Nav units help you reach your destination, movie players keep passenger(s) entertained.
