aftermarket DVD rear entertainment sys
I've purchased a 2001 Acura MDX and I want to look into a rear dvd entertainment system, and could use some guidance. What brands should I look for? Features? What are the best prices I can hope to pay? My initial wish, if I can find a reasonable price, is the headrest-type twin monitors. Any hot tips out there?

Re: aftermarket DVD rear entertainment sys
browse www.onlinecarstereo.com and look into the Alpine and Pioneer multimedia sections. You could purchase a DVD/CD player that doesn't have the flip up monitor for around 600-800 i believe and then a few screens for the headrests and have a shop install it all.

kitch here is a list of brands i work with and recommend. Forget what what's his nuts said he prolly isn't familiar with what a mdx comes with factory. Did you get the factory navi and back up camera? either way check out Rosen, Necvox and accele alpine and pioneer are good but are pretty costly. Besides they are limited aswell in aspects of size. Such as pioneer only making one monitor that isn't indash or flipdown.
If you are going to do headrest scrns check out accele or companies like savv and myron & davis. Who make and sell headrests with screens in em matched to different factory materials whether it's leather or cloth.
