Quick wastegate/bov help...

Just a quick question...I bought a new bov for my probe, and it never had one on, just a wastegate. Do I take the wastegate off, or keep the wastegate on? Isnt the wastegate to relieve the pressure in the turbo itself, and the bov to release the pressure left in the intake system? Thanks for any help...I posted on several other forums, and no one can answer my question. Thanks again!

Yeah, you really should have a wastegate no matter what. It limits your boost so you don't screw everything up. The BOV isn't exactly necessary (especially with ball-bearing turbos), but it'll help your turbo last longer. It relieves the excess air coming back at the turbo when the throttle is closed. Yeah, an important piece.
Keep both on.

Definitely. They go tweet too. I'm finally almost done gathering parts to turbocharge my Accord...just hearing it should be worth it. Can't wait.
