Unhappy 89 z24 problems

Ok I hope someone can help me out here, whenever I start the car its fine, going down the highway is fine but as soon as it warms up, it starts like a jumping thing in the motor when I press the gas and let off the gas regardless of what speed im at, i replaced the spark plugs, wires,o2 sensor, thermostat, and temp sensor. There is no problem with throttle, it will open up fine when I punch it. thanks for the help.
I noticed just after driving it, seems to be acting like the tcc it cuts off sometimes when I slow down and jerks into gear, any help out there would greatly be welcome.
