PR3 ECU has a Speed limiter ?!?!?
well I was comming back from a neibouring town the other day and desided to see how fast the car could go... but at 190 it hit a Brick wall ( metaphoricaly speaking) and I still had like 2g's left on tach. does this sound right ? I thought the PR3 did not have a speed limiter ?
How can I get it off ? chip it ?

anyone know a reliable source for a Chip ?
I would be looking for something with a Rev Limiter but no speed gouvernor... more power is good too. thanks
