GMC Cube Van 3500 speed limiter remove

Guys I have above van.it has speed limiter capped to 110KMH.it is so annoying.I can't even overtake trucks. They go faster the me.can slows down when going little uphill on highway.I googled and found out it is controlled by ECU.so can some tell me how to remove speed limiter from this van.thx
