Here this is the best you can do, read all the pages and download the free programs. I do this as a hobby and have been working on it for more than 3 years now, I know what I am doing. That will do it.

Do a search. You need a program called TMPGEnc.

Hey Darrell... I know you're using Premier 6.0, so there's a few things you may want to try...

When you go to export your timeline as a movie, click on Settings, and mess around with some stuff... for instance, change the frame-rate (which is probably set around 29fps) to 15fps. Also, might want to adjust the audio settings, maybe make it mono instead of stereo, etc. You may even want to reduce the size of the movie to say 320x240 or something.

I know that 6.0 doesn't come with an MPEG encoder, but you can download an MPEG-1 plug-in for it off of kazaa.

I know that version 6.5 does come with a built-in MPEG-1 encoder, so you may want to upgrade to that... Hmmm... what else...

Well, you may want to post that question here (Adobe Premier Forum), they've answered a few questions for me along the way:

This will get you a WHOLE lot crappier looking video than if you used that guide to properly convert it into xvid or divx. Adobe is great for editting, but their filters and compression really blows.
