Vtec Head On A Non Vtec Need Help

Hey yeah i just bought a vtec head from ebay the other day this vtec head came off a f22b1 95 accord vtec and i want to put the vtec head on my car i know it will fit right in there but the problem is how do i make my vtec work wut do i need some one please help me?

oh yeah my car is a 91 honda accord f22a1 non vtec
