Good News!!!

I finally went to court today. I was supposed to be there at 8 am, but I ended up getting there at 9:35. Luckily I didn't get locked up and the judge was on the last case, so I made it right on time. Anyways they dropped the case. The judge was mad when he looked at my ticket. He said that he was tired of the officers pulling people over for the lights. Only lights that are illegal are the blue ones and any other colored lights that are flashing. I looked at the officer smiled and left the court room.

Oh yeah for those that don't know what I am talking about, I got followed by a cop that pulled me over 20 feet from my house for red lights on the hood of my Prelude.

i know in NY, you cant have blue, red or green lights anywhere on the car unless you are a volunteer firefighter or ambulance worker.

flashing or not, they will ticket you for it.

Yeah, he said no strobe lights, no pulsating lights, colored lights that blink, etc. Underbody kits were fine as long as it's not blue. No blue lights at all.
