what tranny to use

if it turns out my tranny did go in my auto crx can i use any d series automatic tranny? or can i only go with my own?

Yes my own, meaning 88-91 crx automatic, verses any other d series automatic. i.e. 92-95 civic auto, 88-89 integra auto.
