What tranny fluid should i use??
What kind of transmission fluid should i use with my B18 swap? The syncros grind a little when shifting in high RPM's into third gear. Autozone told me to just use 10W30 oil but is there something better i can put in it?
Let me know

My syncros gind too.
I changed my tranny fluid to a 10W30, and it improved a little. |

Re: What tranny fluid should i use??
Use GM syncromesh fluid. it will help with the grinding but remember fluid is not a fix, it's just a bandaid for now.

Re: What tranny fluid should i use??
right, I use syncromesh and that's all....3 quarts in my b16 tranny nothing else. It reduced the synchro grindage considerably...but the only "fix" is to replace the damaged parts. Honda tranny's are infamous for synchro noise.
