Installed my giant radiator today...

I got this badboy for $140 shipped from absoluteradiator.com. It's 2x as thick as a stock radiator and it is all metal, no plastic parts.

I got it the other day and installed it this morning. It is made for the 88-91 Civic but I wouldn't say it is a direct bolt in, its damn big and I had to bash some parts of it (fan mounts) and remove my stock rubber radiator mount things to get it to fit down in there (would be easier with an aftermarket front crossmember. But I got it in and it works great. Here are pictures...

The stock radiator mounts only bolted up right on one side so I'm thinking I might make some custom mounts later on or something. But it is a sweet item. And I also ordered a low-temp thermostat and a Spoon radiator cap.

Koyo Aluminum ratiators cost about $150 less than fluidine...

And they have on average 20% more fins...More surface area=more cooling. I plan on getting one......someday

Koyo is supposed to be the best/most popular one in Japan. So if its good enough for Japan, its good enough for us!

Mine is CSF and brass/copper though. Still good enough. EF has huge radiator but I figured if I got a new one might as well get as big as I can get, plus it holds more coolant and stuff and all that junk.
