car died need help

hey, i was going down route 80 doing 90 passing this guy and my car started to sputter, and wont gain speed, it justt started to bogg, i pulled to the side of the road and it died, it started up but only for like 3 seconds and bogged out, anyone know whats wrong? or what i need to fix?

your help would be much needed

ignition coil. mine did the same thing cept i was driving normal and it bogged then died, i coasted it onto a side street. later, after removing the dizzy cap, there was copper wire shredded all inside of it. not quite sure how it happened but it did.

pull the dis. cap off. your rotor might have broken off. happened to me twice, and at speed as well. the little set screww falls off and bounces around and shorts thing out.

check your timing belt too...it may have lost some teeth

yea, our dizzy's suck. It happened to me twice in one week.

My money is the igntion coil. Same thing happened to me.
