Sun roof leaking

Anyone know how to repair a leaking sunroof? Can a new seal be purchased, or is it all one unit?

Where does it Leak?

Does the roof look like its closing properly?

If it is I'd check the drains first. Try this, open the sunroof and pour a half a cup of water in each corner of the sunroof. The water should drain out to the corners of the car (usually behind the wheels). The front ones are easy to clear with some compressed air or something, clearing the rears require the sunroof to be removed. If the drains look good you can take the headliner off and have a look at the rest of the sunroof, you might have a rust hole in the frame or something. (the helms manual is great help here). You'll need a helper, some patience and common sense but it's the best way to see where the leak is coming from.
